Daniel Robinson, founder of DPR Breaking; has accumulated a great wealth of knowledge in the Equestrian world. Growing up in Newmarket, England with Champion Jockey father Philip Robinson, Daniel was exposed to horses and the racing industry at a young age. It was no surprise that as soon as Daniel was able, he began his career working with Horses. Quickly he became a jockey himself, on the flat and over jumps, riding for prestigious trainers such as Michael Jarvis and John Ryan. However, Daniel became too tall for this line of work and began working with the young yearlings. Ever since, Daniel has dedicated his work to the education and development of horses, young and old.
Upon moving to Australia, Daniel continued to break in and educate Racehorses, working for trainers such as David Hayes, John Thompson (Patinack Farm) and Sydney premiership winner Chris Waller. All the while Daniel has been eagerly furthering his skills and knowledge of horsemanship, being mentored by the likes Ian Francis along the way. Now, Daniel has ventured into a business of his own – striving to create the best environment and experience for any horse that comes into his care, from problem horses to the young and inexperienced.
